Corewell Health provides team members with a paid time off program that increases with your tenure. If you can’t use it or would rather have that extra paycheck, we offer programs for both sell-back and buy-back of your PTO to ensure you don’t stop earning it. Corewell Health recognizes seven holidays, with our recent addition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Because of the community's need for our services 24/7, team members either receive incentive pay for working the holiday or have the day off. To help you plan a vacation, our employee assistance program can do the research for you, at no cost. Our medical plans provide coverage while you travel, giving you even more reason to relax.

In addition, we offer the opportunity for you to easily add to that coverage, add coverage for any of your dependents, and elect AD&D coverage for you or your spouse. Even your children are eligible for life insurance through your employment at Corewell Health. Through our voluntary benefits program, you can elect additional personal coverage that continues beyond your employment with Corewell Health.

As a team member at Corewell Health, we ensure you have coverage through core short-term and long-term disability, at no cost to you. Depending on your position, you have the option to purchase additional long-term disability coverage to ensure you (and your family) are taken care of.
