What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
When I inform candidates that they've received a job offer! Hearing their emotion, excitement, or even happy tears reminds me why finding the right fit matters so much. The job search can be challenging, but when a candidate feels truly seen, it makes every step of the process worth it. Those moments are the heart of why I love what I do.
What makes working here feel special to you?
The opportunity to help others every single day. I love connecting with people, learning their stories, and guiding them toward roles where they can thrive. I also feel incredibly grateful for my Nursing team and colleagues. Their support, collaboration, and passion make this work so meaningful.
Beach vacation or mountain getaway?
BEACH VACATION! Of course! The warmth, the palm trees, the ocean, the relaxation. That is all I need on a vacation!
