What part of your onboarding experience made you feel the most welcomed?
During my onboarding, I felt truly welcomed when a teammate took the time to sit with me, share their own experiences, and make sure I felt comfortable navigating my first few days. That simple act of kindness made me feel like I belonged. It’s a moment that continues to shape how I show up for others and how I try to create the same sense of connection in my work.
