Hi, I’m Angie, a Recruiting Coordinator with Corewell Health. I’ve had the opportunity to grow my career here over the past 15 years, starting as an Operations Supervisor, where I worked closely with teams and saw firsthand the impact each role has on our patients and those we serve. That experience really shaped my understanding of how important it is to have the right people in place to provide exceptional care. It’s what led me to transition into the Talent Attraction Team, where I now get to help connect people with meaningful opportunities across our organization. I truly enjoy helping others and am passionate about making the hiring process feel welcoming, supportive, and positive from start to finish. What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
Connecting with candidates, hearing their story and helping them find job opportunities that align with their past work experience as well as their future goals. Assisting them through the entire hiring and onboarding process right up to their first day.

What originally drew you to Corewell Health and how has that evolved?
After spending my entire career in the restaurant industry working crazy hours, weekends and Holidays, I came to Corewell Health for a better work-life balance. I was fortunate to work with some great people that encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and explore other job opportunities that aligned with my passion for helping others. Moving to the Talent Attraction team was the best career decision that I have made.
Favorite way to recharge outside of work?
Camping lakeside in the Upper Peninsula. Michigan is a beautiful state!
