What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
Recruiting talent for the organization makes me feel like I'm making a difference, especially when I'm helping individuals advance or begin their careers. Just take a look to the side and see all those bright students! The opportunity to meet and guide people just like them and help them figure out the next steps in their career keeps me inspired every day.

My favorite season is Spring when nature wakes up from a long winter, the flowers bloom the colors of the rainbow, the grass turns green and the trees come alive!
