Hi there, I'm Calli! ’m a Recruiting Coordinator who supports recruiters with event planning, support interviews, candidate screening, and onboarding on the Nurse Support Team. I work closely with our hiring center and attend college, school, and community hiring events across the Grand Rapids and northern regions. I’m passionate about helping people explore career paths, build confidence, and see potential in themselves as they take the next step in their journey.

What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
What makes me feel like I’m making a difference is helping people see their own potential. I love coaching candidates on ways to stand out, share their stories confidently, and truly sell their strengths. Whether I’m guiding someone through the application process or speaking with students about career paths they may not have considered, my favorite part of the job is helping people recognize opportunities and believe in themselves — sometimes even before they believe in themselves.
Can you share a moment where you felt proud of the work you do?
One moment that really made me proud was helping a high school student strengthen her resume and practice interview skills. When I saw her again, she shared that after applying many times with no responses, she was now getting interview callbacks at multiple places. Seeing her confidence grow and how proud she was of herself reminded me why I love the work I do.
