Hi there, I'm Chelsea! I currently am a recruiting coordinator that handles onboarding for the nursing support pod and also Gerber employees. I conduct welcome appointments onsite at Gerber, but onboard for the entire system. My husband and I are huge sports fanatics and we have 3 beautiful daughters. I also coach high school basketball.

What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
I feel like I’m making a difference in my work when I can see the direct impact of my efforts on both candidates and the teams I support. Helping create a positive, organized, and timely experience for candidates—especially during what can be a stressful or life‑changing process—reminds me that my role matters. I’m also motivated when my work helps recruiters and hiring managers stay focused on building strong teams, knowing that my coordination and attention to detail contribute to better hiring outcomes. Seeing roles filled successfully, hearing positive feedback, and knowing I helped someone take the next step in their career gives my work a strong sense of purpose.
