What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
I feel most impactful when I’m guiding nurses, from new grads to seasoned professionals, toward roles that truly align with their goals and priorities. It’s especially rewarding when both the candidate and the hiring manager feel confident they’ve found the perfect match. What's a small habit that always brightens your day?
Taking my dogs for a walk is a simple habit that instantly lifts my mood. Being outside on our wooded trails gives me a sense of calm and helps me reset.
