What is your favorite benefit at Corewell Health?
PTO! Corewell Health values the need for time off and work life balance. We really want you to take the time to recharge and refresh so you can be the best version of yourself at work and for our patients too.
Can you share a moment when you felt proud of the work you do?
I specifically feel proud of my work when helping new grad RNs apply for the time. New RNs often feel nervous and intimidated when applying for their first job, so I love to be there to ease their minds and set them up for success in the right unit. To the left you can actually see one of our events that we hosted at the Hiring Center specifically to talk to new grad RNs one-on-one and give them career guidance. We even catered local coffee!
