Q&A with Elizabeth
What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
Starting in a new position can be nerve wracking, lots of excitement, anxiety, not knowing what all needs to be done. I make sure everything is explained, walk them through the process and having a positive outcome in their experience, making each hire feel welcome.
What originally drew you to Corewell Health and how has that evolved?

What originally drew you to Corewell Health and how has that evolved?
I started at Corewell during peak COVID season. Doors closed in my previous employment and recruiter opened the door for me to join Corewell. I was so grateful and dove right in to help support the team where ever needed.
What's one thing you always keep at your desk?
Iactually have 2 desk signs. One is Corewell's "Be Here Now" and the other is "Director of Awesome" a keepsake from days when I worked at Bridgewater
