What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
I see corporate recruitment in the healthcare sector as a fulfillment of my vocation. I enjoy hearing about people's passion for healthcare and helping them find roles that align with their passion and strengths. The joy that comes from helping candidates fulfill those things is what makes me feel like I'm making a difference.What makes working here feel special to you?
I always tell people that you can hold corporate jobs in any industry, but what sets healthcare apart is that you're work indirectly meets the needs of patients and the community. You don't have to be a clinician to make a difference! We're even provided with tons of opportunities to partner with those who are patient-facing, like during the Amway Riverback Run where members from every area of Corewell Health come together and volunteer, there's even medical staff on-site and you can see that in the picture to the side!
What's your favorite season?
Fall is the best season! The weather, football, and fall-themed food and drinks are where it's at!
