What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
When I have team members reach out to me down the road about questions they have, or they left the organization, and want to come back - reaching out to me for advice about the best way of doing so. It shows me that I made a great impression upon them.

The Business Resource Groups are such an underrated benefit here. The BRGs are a great way to network, learn more about what goes on in the system in other departments, and be a part of some excellent camaraderie that brings a sense of belonging.
Early riser or night owl?
I'm a night owl, that has an early work shift. Go figure. I enjoy staying up late; especially Friday nights. I wish sleep didn't exist - there's not enough hours in the day.
