What keeps you excited about staying at Corewell Health?
The strong sense of purpose and commitment to improving health outcomes for our community. The culture of collaboration and support makes it a place where I always feel valued and motivated to grow. Being part of an organization that puts both patients and people first makes me work feel meaningful every day!
When did you first feel the Corewell Health mission in action?
I first felt the Corewell Health mission in action when I learned about our Healthier Communities program. Supporting access to care, wellness education, and community partnerships demonstrates what it really means to put people first. Our program actually put a book vending machine in an Inkster, MI elementary school! It's always stocked with books that students can purchase with tokens based off of attendance, grades, and behavior.
What's a small habit that always brightens your day?
A small habit that always brightens my day is taking a few minutes to step outside and get from fresh air, even on busy days. That short pause helps me reset and appreciate the little moments that sometimes get overlooked.
