What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
The most rewarding part of my work is helping candidates feel supported and valued during what can often be a stressful and life-changing process. I enjoy being someone who brings clarity and encouragement while helping individuals take the next step in their careers. Knowing I play a part in creating a positive experience for both candidates and our organization makes the work meaningful to me.
