What is your favorite Corewell Health event?
One of my favorite Corewell Health events is the Amway River Bank Run. Running is a hobby of mine, so it’s something I look forward to each year and enjoy being involved in personally. I love how the event brings people of all experience levels together to focus on health and wellness. It’s especially meaningful knowing it benefits the community by promoting active lifestyles and supporting local charities across West Michigan.

What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?

What makes me feel like I’m truly making a difference is knowing my work helps people feel supported and set up for success. Whether it’s guiding a candidate through the hiring process or helping a team stay organized and on track, I love being part of something that makes things easier for others. I especially enjoy creating positive experiences and smoothing out processes behind the scenes. It’s fulfilling to know that the small details I focus on can have a meaningful impact on someone’s day.

What's your favorite season? 
My favorite season is fall. It’s football season, hoodie season, and prime time for bonfires. The cooler temps make it peak running weather—no sweating just from existing, which is a win. Michigan really shows off this time of year.
