How would you describe the culture here?
One of my favorite things about Corewell Health is the sense of teamwork and support between people. even in a fast-paced environment, there's a strong culture of collaboration and genuine desire to help each other succeed. I've really appreciated being part of a team that values connection, growth, and creating a positive experience for both employees and candidates.
What keeps you excited about staying at Corewell Health?

What keeps you excited about staying at Corewell Health?
For me, it's the mix of people purpose, and variety that keeps me excited about staying at Corewell. I so enjoy getting to connect with candidates during an exciting point in their careers, and I love working in an environment where there's always something new to learn and no day is ever the same!
Favorite way to recharge outside of work?
When I'm not behind a laptop, I recharge best by being outdoors and spending time with the people and animals I love. You can usually find me hiking with my dog, hanging out with my husband and/or kids, working on some kind of creative project, or catching up with a friend over coffee or dinner. Basically anything that helps me reconnect and reset.
