I was pleasantly surprised by how willing everyone was to help and how supportive my leadership team has been. Early on, I experienced some personal health challenges, and the level of care, understanding, and flexibility shown by both the organization and the people I worked with made a meaningful impact on me and my family. That experience truly reinforced the culture of compassion and support at Corewell Health.
