Hi there! I'm Natalie, a Talent Scout. I began my career on the inpatient side of healthcare and made the transition into talent acquisition four years ago. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping them find roles where they can thrive. What surprised you when you started in your role at Corewell Health?
Despite Corewell Health’s size, I’ve never felt like just a number, and the variety of BRGs makes it easy to find smaller, meaningful communities. I’m especially proud to be part of the Planet Health and Healthy Pride BRGs. You can find our Healthy Pride team at our local Pride Festivals every year, check out the picture to see us at the Grand Rapids Pride Festival!
What keeps you excited about staying at Corewell Health year after year?
