What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
What makes me feel like I’m making a difference is connecting the right candidates to roles where they can truly thrive and contribute to patient care. Knowing that each hire supports the care teams and ultimately impacts patient outcomes makes my work meaningful. I also value building relationships with candidates and helping them feel confident and supported throughout the process.

What keeps me excited about staying at Corewell Health is the opportunity to continue making a meaningful impact while growing professionally. I’m inspired by the mission-driven culture and the people I work with every day who are dedicated to patient care. I also value the support, collaboration, and opportunities to develop within the organization. If you look to the side, one of the recent opportunities was actually hearing the Senior VP of Talent Attraction, Jan Harrington Davis, speak at the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce for a Talent and Inclusion Workshop!
