I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration, which have provided a strong foundation in understanding the healthcare landscape. Growing up in a family of educators, I developed a lifelong passion for learning and staying informed on emerging trends. What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
The most meaningful part of my role is helping candidates find opportunities that truly align with their goals and values—it’s incredibly rewarding to play a role in someone’s career growth. The beauty behind recruiting is you understand both sides - at a point I was a candidate and at another I am helping with the hiring. Also, understanding opportunities of improvement that in turn focus on bridging the gap between candidates and hiring teams, and seeing that connection turn into long-term success, is what makes efforts feel purposeful every day.
