Hello! My name is Tatyana, I am a Sr. Talent Program Specialist here at Corewell Health. During my time with our system I’ve had opportunity to work various spaces and currently work within our Talent Attraction team helping interested individuals identify opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and goals. I work closely with external community partners and schools in facilitation of engagement opportunities as well as ways to partner and explore initiatives that connect students to meaningful positions and experiences. I believe we all play an important role in healthcare and by helping connect people to possibilities fuels my passion for supporting others. It’s been an amazing journey, and one I’m excited to continue.

What keeps you excited about staying at Corewell Health?
Aside from the amazing teams and individuals I work with, one thing that keeps me excited about staying here at Corewell Health is the meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilling work we do each and every day. Healthcare has many facets and each of us carries a piece of that through the work we do. Knowing the impact my work has; not only on our organization, but on the communities we serve keeps me motivated and excited.

What surprised you the most when you started at Corewell Health?

The various areas that make up healthcare was a very surprising and eye-opening piece for me. Typically, as I'm speaking to individuals or groups now I always ensure I mention that one of the common misconceptions of healthcare is that you have to be a doctor or a nurse but there is so much more. It is amazing the various areas, skillset, occupations and teams that make up our system and it's rewarding to see the collaborative work that we all do that goes toward fulfilling our mission and vision.
