At Spectrum Health, we offer a unique opportunity to new graduate nurses. This program allows new nurses the ability to work on a variety of units to see what is the best fit for their career trajectory. The New Grad Float Pool allows nurses to work on a unit for three to six months commitment-free. New nurses can float from unit to unit until they find the perfect fit for them, their career path and their interests.
