What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
Being able to provide someone with stability, hope, and a fresh start through meaningful employment is incredibly rewarding. Those moments remind me that recruiting isn't just filling a role, it's helping people step into a better chapter of their lives.
Can you share a moment when you felt proud of the work you do?
My proudest moments are the times I've made an offer and the candidate began crying, telling me I had changed their life. In more than one instance, they shared that they had been homeless and living in a hotel while trying to rebuild. Being able to help someone regain stability and hope through meaningful work is something I take great pride in.

Coffee - is my go to in the morning and it gives me that burst of energy and focus to start my day.
