What originally drew you to Corewell Health and how has that evolved?
With Corewell being a big part of the Grand Rapids community and landscape, I have always been drawn to the company. Seeing Medical Mile and all of the resources available to our community members has always given me a sense of pride and made me want to be a small part of it! You can see how incredibly represented Corewell Health is in Grand Rapids in the pic to the side!What surprised you when you first started at Corewell Health?
When I first started working at Corewell, I was amazed at the collaboration between the hiring leaders and the talent attraction team. I believe a great candidate experience starts with that partnership, and making sure everyone is on the same page about the opening, the requirements, the responsibilities, and the schedule.
