What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
I feel like I'm making a difference when I'm bringing compassion, collaboration and clarity into my work, so that people feel seen, supported and positively impacted through the process.
Can you share a moment when you felt proud of the work you do?
There was a memorable moment when I was at a sporting event for my son and I had someone come up and tell me thank you for hiring them and changing their life for the better, because the job I hired her into became the path to a career that she loves.

Go-to way to start your day?
I enjoy a walk or a drive at sunrise since I live in a beautiful little town in Michigan, a game of fetch with my dog, and a workout early in the morning before I get started with my work day!
