Working at Corewell Health feels special because there’s a strong sense of purpose and teamwork. We’re all connected to supporting patient care in meaningful ways. I appreciate the collaboration, trust, and support across teams, as well as the opportunities for growth and mentorship. If you look at the pic to the side, you'll see some of our members for the NEXT Professional Network, a resource group that Corewell Health offers. Besides the resources and events, there's even a mentorship program for us to grow even further.
What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?The part of my work that makes me feel most impactful is supporting the candidate experience by being a consistent, transparent resource and helping candidates feel respected and informed throughout the hiring process. Helping candidates navigate opportunities while partnering with leaders to build strong, engaged teams is where I truly see the difference my work makes.
