Working at Corewell Health feels special because there’s a strong sense of purpose and teamwork. We’re all connected to supporting patient care in meaningful ways. I appreciate the collaboration, trust, and support across teams, as well as the opportunities for growth and mentorship. Besides the resources and events, there's even a mentorship program for us to grow even further.What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
The part of my work that makes me feel most impactful is supporting the candidate experience by being a consistent, transparent resource and helping candidates feel respected and informed throughout the hiring process. Helping candidates navigate opportunities while partnering with leaders to build strong, engaged teams is where I truly see the difference my work makes.
