What part of your work makes you feel like you're making a difference?
I think the most rewarding part of recruiting is when you find the right person for the right job. That time when you hire someone in their dream job makes all the difference. Seeing or hearing the joy in someones voice when you make the offer and welcome them to Corewell Health.
