Can you share a moment when you felt proud of the work you do?
Being able to offer jobs and careers to individuals who recently graduated in their profession is always rewarding to me.
How would you describe the culture here?
The culture at Corewell Health is definitely family oriented. I have found that it is easy to seek and get help whenever you need it. It's also a place of both professional growth and community engagement. Community engagement is a huge priority for all of Corewell Health. Just look at the pic to the left - Corewell Health Lakeland Family Medicine Residency program has participated in Rake a Difference with United Way of Southwest Michigan for 3 years. This program helps seniors and community members prepare their yards for winter!
Favorite way to recharge outside of work?
Spending time with my family and friends and listening to and playing music. As a musician I find that music is a great way to recharge!
